Why Silver Gelatin?
The name Silver Gelatin refers to the traditional silver gelatin photographic process—the foundation of much of photographic history and fine-art photography. It represents a connection to photography as an art form: thoughtful, enduring, and deeply rooted in the craft of seeing.
How Much Is an Hour?
Wedding photography is often measured in hours. I’d rather give you the freedom to forget about the clock and enjoy your wedding.
Your day won’t follow a perfect schedule. Things will take longer, plans will change, and unexpected moments worth photographing will happen.
My approach is documentary: I observe, anticipate, and capture your day as it unfolds without forcing it into a timeline.
Your wedding is your story. I’m there to tell it honestly.
How Many Photos Will We Get?
I have no idea. That’s like asking a chef how many ingredients it takes to make a great meal.
I’m here to tell the story, not count the frames. I take as many photos as I need to tell the story of your wedding properly. I’m not trying to hit some arbitrary number.
What I can tell you is that most of my clients receive at least 250–400 final images. That seems to be my sweet spot.
